Tiger Airways, a Singapore’s low cost carrier, is all set to increase the number of flights to Taiwan to 11. The airline is currently running 9 flights to the country.
The increase in number of flights will provides better option to passenger besides benefiting airlines in terms of revenues.
The announcement was made by tiger airways on the occasion of third anniversary of the launching of Taiwan services. Starting from July 2010 the airline has served 270,000 passengers.
The increase in number of Taiwanese visiting Singapore also prompted the airline to increase the number of flights.
Tiger airways offer flights to regional destinations that include Southeast Asia, Australia, China and India. The airline has its base in Singapore Changi Airport.
