If everything goes well, Philippine Airlines (PAL) the flag carrier of Philippines will launch daily flights to Paris and other European destination from October. The announcement was made following EU’s ban on Philippine Airlines.
The airline is contemplating seven flights a week to Paris, London and other European destinations.
The pal flights will be faster than the Middle East-based airlines that take 18 to 24 hours from Manila to Europe. The airline is also planning to offer competitive air ticket to this destination. The airline will soon contact different airports to get a slot.
Previously, the PAL flights were blacklisted in EU since 2010 after the 28-nation bloc found a significant safety concern in 2009.
With the launch of flights leisure and business tourists flying on this route will have more options.
